Clinical description: This
healthy 23 years old male dental student presents with a complaint of a
non painful palatal swelling which he has noted for several months. It occasionally
increases and decreases in size. The area is soft on palpation. The patient
has also a periapical radiolucency associated with teh apex of tooth #12. |
