Clinical description: This
patient is a 46 year old male who presents to your office complaining of
a mass of the upper lip slowly increasing in size. It has become bothersome
to him, and he has traumatized the area on multiple occasions. Clinical
examination reveals another similar but smaller swelling on the posterior
buccal mucosa. |
