CPC 72 Clinical description: This 37 year old HIV positive male has multiple cutaneous papules of the face of approximately 3-4 weeks duration. This condition is usually seen in children causing far fewer lesions, but, as seen in this patient, can cause extensive morbidity in the immunosuppressed. Histologic findings:
