| Clinical description: This
14 year old patient presents to the orthodontist for "braces" because of "tooth crowding". A panoramic radiograph is taken which
reveals the provided radiograph. Similar radiographic findings were noted in the right mandible. There is vestibular tenderness
but no real swelling. Clinical examination reveals multiple facial "freckles" similar to his father. |
