| Clinical description: This
55 year old male presents for evaluation of a swelling in his right neck, which he reports has been slowly growing over
several months. His medical history history is unremarkable except for a 30 pack year history of cigarette
smoking. Upon palpation the swelling is not tender and doughy. |
