Clinical description: The
leukoplakic and erythroplakic lesions noted on the oral mucosa of this 60 year old black male have been present about 5 days,
according to the patient. His past medical history is significant for a left below the knee amputation. He is currently taking
NPH Iletin I once per day, 1 baby aspirin per day and today he took the last pill of a 2 week course of ampicillin, 250mg q.i.d.,
given for a sinus infection. |
